Proposed Methodology and Search Process:

T&T Consultants selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive,
detailed, and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients’ needs and goes all the
way to follow-ups with both clients and candidates post recruitment.

1. Understanding the client organization with regard to existing business activities, organization
structure & culture, and future growth plans.

2. Mapping position specific competencies including job title, principal accountabilities, Key Result
Areas (KRAs), authority, external/internal contacts, reporting and supervisory relationships,
working conditions/environment, job specifications, approximate compensation, location and
other relevant details.

3. Identification of candidates either from T&T Consultants existing database or by headhunting
for the position, and approaching candidates – both in India and Overseas.

4. Competency based interviewing and relevant behavioral questionnaire/s at various locations to
prepare a shortlist with recommendations to client.

5. Presenting the candidates

6. Negotiating the offer including compensation structures

7. Carrying on reference checks.

8. Follow-up with client and candidate till the selected candidate joins the organization
